COACHING OPTIONS
You have a few different options of how to work with me:

FACE TO FACE COACHING
1 SESSION PER WEEK
1 session a week with me in the gym working on your individual programme, coached in person
1 strength and conditioning session every Wednesday morning (feb-oct)
A custom programme tailored to you as often as necessary (every 2-6 weeks)
Everything you do in the gym (with or without me) is written and planned out for you
Nutritional support in the form of 1-2-1 education, group education, smart apps and recipe books
12 site bodyfat tests with skinfold callipers every 2-12 weeks
General check-ins when necessary
Educational webinars/seminars/workshops delivered regularly

COACHING TIME SLOTS:
During your coached session, there will be 1 or 2 other clients on the gym floor also being coached through their own individual programmes.
Coached sessions usually take just over an hour to complete (depending on the programme) so allow for around 75 minutes.
Here are the blocks for in-person coaching:
TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS:
5AM - 10AM
1.30 - 3PM
*the strength and conditioning class takes place on Wednesday mornings at 6.15am or 7am and runs from February till October*
For all other forms of support (body fat tests, nutritional consultations, assessments etc), the time slots will vary depending on availability but are usually scattered throughout the week in the daytimes and some evenings.
